The following information concerns the sale of THREEDICE’s website development and operation services. Fees and scope are also described on the pricing pages and in individual quotations and agreements.

- Prices
- Prices are shown on the pricing pages or in individual quotations. Starter monthly fees exclude tax. Basic and Platinum monthly fees and the first-month contract setup fee of JPY 3,300 include tax. Please see the offer page for the opening offer eligibility and period. The contract setup fee is payable in the first month only, separately from the monthly fee.
- Additional Charges
- Bank transfer fees, paid materials and external service charges, and work beyond the contracted scope may apply. Domain registration and renewal are included in subscription monthly fees. Subscription pages from the 14th page cost an additional JPY 1,500 per page per month, including tax. The first-month contract setup fee of JPY 3,300, including tax, is not discounted. Other charges, including domain fees for non-subscription services, will be explained in advance where applicable.
- Payment Timing
- The initial and monthly payment deadlines will be provided in writing before the agreement is concluded and set out when you enter into the agreement.
- Service Delivery
- Production starts after the agreement is concluded, required materials are received and the initial payment is confirmed. The production and launch schedule is provided individually after reviewing the page count, features and availability of materials.
- Cancellation, Termination and Refunds
- Subscription plans have a 12-month minimum term, followed by automatic monthly renewal from month 13. To cancel, notify us by email or through the contact form by the end of the month before your intended cancellation month. Cancellation during the minimum term requires a lump-sum payment of the monthly fees for the remaining minimum term. Cancellations and refunds after production or service delivery has started are handled according to the agreement and the services already provided.
- Other Conditions
- Subscription plans are website development and operation services for businesses. Unused monthly update allowances do not carry over. Additional charges from the 14th page follow the pricing page. Redesign, new production, whole-page rebuilding, new features, booking functionality beyond included calendar setup, payments and e-commerce are quoted separately. Before routine updates begin, we explain the scope covered by the monthly fee. If the allowance is exceeded, we propose work the following month or an additional quotation. No additional fees are charged without prior approval.
