Are there any upfront fees?
Subscription contract setup fee: JPY 3,300, including tax, payable in the first month only in addition to the monthly fee. Monthly fees vary by plan.
Is there a minimum term?
The minimum term is 12 months.
What if I cancel during the minimum term?
The minimum term is 12 months. If you cancel during the minimum term, you must pay the amount specified in your agreement.
What is included in monthly updates?
You do not need to estimate the work time yourself. Send us the changes you would like, and we will explain what can be covered by your monthly fee before starting.
Routine updates in all three plans include replacing existing business hours or prices with supplied text, replacing a supplied image in an existing frame without image editing, and publishing a news or blog post using completed copy and images and an existing template. Link changes and minor adjustments within existing sections are also covered.
Send the sections to change and the replacement text and images. We will confirm the scope, estimated work time and remaining monthly allowance before starting.
If the work exceeds the allowance, we will propose doing it the following month or provide a quotation for additional fees. No extra fees will be charged without your approval.
Starter: up to 30 minutes per month. Basic: up to 60 minutes per month. Platinum: up to 120 minutes per month. The same categories of work apply to all three plans; the amount of work covered is limited to each plan’s monthly time allowance. Unused time does not carry over.

What happens to my website when the agreement ends?
Subscription website data is not provided free of charge. You may purchase it on request. If you ask THREEDICE to migrate it to another provider’s server, a separate fee applies.
Who manages the domain and server?
THREEDICE manages the domain and server. Domain registration and renewal costs are included in subscription monthly fees.
What does maintenance cover?
Maintenance includes WordPress core, theme and plugin updates; basic security measures; backups; display checks; basic functional checks of forms and similar features; and initial investigation when a problem occurs. Outages affecting external services or hosting providers, damage caused by your own actions, major recovery or modifications, new features and similar work are excluded or quoted separately.
Is SEO included?
We provide basic on-site SEO settings and a measurement environment. Basic and Platinum also include improvement suggestions during operation.
