- Starter monthly fees exclude tax. Basic and Platinum monthly fees and the first-month contract setup fee of JPY 3,300 include tax. Please check each additional charge for its tax treatment.

- JPY 3,300, including tax, payable in the first month only in addition to the monthly fee.
- Requesting updates, scope and allowances
- You do not need to estimate the work time yourself. Send us the changes you would like, and we will explain what can be covered by your monthly fee before starting.
Routine updates in all three plans include replacing existing business hours or prices with supplied text, replacing a supplied image in an existing frame without image editing, and publishing a news or blog post using completed copy and images and an existing template. Link changes and minor adjustments within existing sections are also covered.
Send the sections to change and the replacement text and images. We will confirm the scope, estimated work time and remaining monthly allowance before starting.
If the work exceeds the allowance, we will propose doing it the following month or provide a quotation for additional fees. No extra fees will be charged without your approval.
Starter: up to 30 minutes per month. Basic: up to 60 minutes per month. Platinum: up to 120 minutes per month. The same categories of work apply to all three plans; the amount of work covered is limited to each plan’s monthly time allowance. Unused time does not carry over. - Additional charges
- Work beyond the update allowance: JPY 5,500 per 30 minutes, excluding tax.
Additional static pages: JPY 1,500 per page per month from the 14th page, including tax.
Additional contact forms: from JPY 11,000, excluding tax.
Copywriting: from JPY 8,800 per page, excluding tax.
Banner and image creation: from JPY 5,500, excluding tax.
New features, booking functionality beyond booking calendar setup, payments, e-commerce and similar work: individually quoted.
Migration to another provider's server: from JPY 30,000, excluding tax.
For work beyond the allowance, we explain the scope and fees in advance and proceed after approval. Using the following month's allowance can also be discussed. - Minimum term

- Cancellation
- The minimum term is 12 months. If you cancel during the minimum term, you must pay the amount specified in your agreement.
- Domain and website ownership
- THREEDICE manages the domain and server. Domain registration and renewal costs are included in the subscription monthly fee. Rights to text, photographs, logos and other materials supplied by you remain with you. Website data for subscription plans is not provided free of charge; it is available for purchase on request. Third-party materials, paid fonts and plugins remain subject to their respective licenses. If you ask THREEDICE to migrate the website to another server, a separate fee applies.
- Maintenance scope
- Maintenance includes WordPress core, theme and plugin updates; basic security measures; backups; display checks; basic functional checks of forms and similar features; and initial investigation when a problem occurs. Outages affecting external services or hosting providers, damage caused by your own actions, major recovery or modifications, new features and similar work are excluded or quoted separately.
Applicable fees, scope, contract period, cancellation and payment conditions are confirmed in writing before the agreement.
